This role combines digital marketing, social media, and customer communication.

Responsibilities:

• Create Facebook and Instagram content
• Help manage Facebook advertising campaigns
• Create ideas for YouTube Shorts and videos
• Write marketing posts and promotions
• Answer customer messages
• Process customer orders
• Follow up with customers
• Help improve customer experience
