DELIVERY DRIVER

1. Inspects the equipment or smallwares for delivery;

1. Reports dent, damage or discrepancy found on the equipment or smallwares for delivery or pulled out;

1. Loads on the delivery truck the equipment or smallwares with the correct details such as quantity, model number, serial number as stated in the approved Delivery Receipt (DR)/ Issuance Form (IF);

1. Delivers the correct equipment or smallwares to customers based on the approved DR/IF;

1. Pulls out equipment or smallwares from customers based on the approved Pull-Out Form;

1. Takes photos of equipment or smallwares delivered or pulled out and submits the file photo for archiving;

1. Reports thru SMS every delivery/ pull-out made per customer;

1. Turns over the signed DR/IF/ Pull-Out Form and (when applicable check payment received from customer) immediately the next day after the delivery/ pull-out is done;

1. Fills out daily an itinerary form and submits it the next day after the delivery/ pull-out is done;

1. Keeps the delivery truck clean and well maintained at all times;

1. Reports immediately any defect of the delivery truck and vehicular accident;

1. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. At least high school or college level

1. With valid driver's license (B,B1,B2, C) and clean driving record
