We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team.

???? Position: HR Generalist ???? Experience: 3–5 years ???? Blue-Collar Experience: Must Have ???? Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial is preferred ???? Location: Shoubra, Cairo Key Responsibilities: Handle the full employee lifecycle and daily HR operations.

Manage blue-collar employees and workforce-related matters.

Handle attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.

Support recruitment and onboarding activities.

Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.

Requirements: ✅ 2-3 years of relevant HR experience. ✅ Strong experience Recruit Blue-Collar employees is a MUST. ✅ Previous experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is highly preferred. ✅ Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures. ✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ✅ Good command of Microsoft Office
