Sales & Marketing Executive [Preschool] #EC

Job Description We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing education team. If you enjoy engaging with parents, building relationships, and driving student enrolment through creative marketing strategies, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up on parents' enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media platforms, and walk-in visits.

Drive student enrolment and achieve monthly admission targets.

Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.

Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media platforms, and content marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain partnerships with schools, organisations, and corporate partners to expand enrolment channels.

Monitor marketing performance, analyse campaign effectiveness, and recommend strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

Prepare marketing reports and provide regular updates on campaign performance and enrolment outcomes.

Support branding and outreach initiatives to strengthen market presence and increase awareness.

Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.

Experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Familiar with digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising platforms.

Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate effectively with English and Chinese-speaking parents.

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
