Role Summary Lead the ship agency business, ensuring efficient vessel operations, strong customer relationships, regulatory compliance, and profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee port calls, vessel clearance, crew changes, and husbandry services.

Manage relationships with shipowners, charterers, port authorities, and service providers.

Drive business development, revenue growth, and service quality.

Manage budgets, disbursement accounts, cost control, and collections.

Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.

Lead and develop operations and commercial teams.

Requirements Proven ship agency experience, including senior management responsibility.

Strong knowledge of port operations, maritime regulations, and agency finance.
