- Plan, coordinate, and implement Organization Development (OD) initiatives and HR projects to improve organizational effectiveness and support business objectives.
- Manage and coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS), including KPI setting, performance review cycles, calibration sessions, performance evaluation, and follow-up development plans.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the organization's Competency Framework, competency dictionary, and competency assessment processes.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations related to performance management, competencies, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with department managers to ensure the timely completion of performance management activities, competency assessments, and employee development plans.
- Develop, review, and update Job Descriptions (JDs) to ensure alignment with organizational structure, job responsibilities, and business requirements.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, employer branding, and internal communication initiatives that strengthen employee experience, company culture, and core values.
- Design and create communication materials, presentations, infographics, and basic video content using Canva, CapCut, Microsoft PowerPoint, or similar tools.
- Coordinate and continuously improve onboarding and orientation programs to ensure an effective new employee experience.
- Maintain HR documentation and records in compliance with company policies, ISO standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Participate in HR transformation, process improvement, digital HR initiatives, and cross-functional HR projects to enhance HR effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR, HROD, HRD, or related functions. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome. Knowledge of KPI, Performance Management, Competency, or Organization Development is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with Canva, CapCut, Power BI, or HRIS is a plus.
