Quantity Serveyor - Electrical- East

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 5-day work week Work Arrangement: Office-based with occasional project site visits

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs for electrical works.
• Assist with pre-tender costing, tender preparation and submission.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders and subcontractor claims.
• Monitor project costs and maintain proper QS documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits for checking and verification when required.
• Perform other quantity surveying duties related to electrical projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• Electrical background/knowledge is required.
• Able to understand electrical drawings and project requirements.
• Candidates with Electrical or M&E Quantity Surveying experience are advantageous.
• Good numerical, communication and coordination skills.
