STOREKEEPER

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.

Issue supplies to various hotel departments.

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.

Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper storage of goods.

Maintain an organized and clean store.

Prepare stock reports and requisitions.

Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.

Coordinate with procurement and other departments on stock requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous Storekeeper experience in the hotel industry is required .

Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field is an added advantage.

Good knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures.

Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: Ksh 25,000 – 30,000
