Your Role

As a Finishing Operator, you play a key role in the production process, ensuring that products are completed to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

✅ Operating and setting up finishing machines.

✅ Performing various finishing processes, including cutting, varnishing, and foil stamping.

✅ Carrying out quality checks and identifying any deviations.

✅ Performing first-line machine maintenance.

✅ Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace.

✅ Supporting different workstations within the production department when needed. Your Profile

• You are motivated, eager to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to delivering high-quality work.

• You have a hands-on attitude and feel comfortable working with machinery.
• You are proactive and willing to take initiative.

• You have a good command of Dutch, French, or English, both spoken and/or written.
• Experience in the printing or graphic industry is an advantage but not required. Your motivation and willingness to learn are what matter most.
