ATM Technician (weekends)

We're a nationwide ATM company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Field Service Technician / ATM Cash Loader to join our small, hands-on team serving the Los Angeles territory. This role is primarily focused on loading retail ATMs with cash, maintaining accurate cash counts, and servicing ATM equipment at retail locations. We're looking for someone with experience in cash handling, ATM service, or both, who takes pride in doing things correctly and can be trusted to work independently in the field. Schedule & Opportunity Required availability: Full-day shifts every Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours: Potential weekday evening work, with opportunities for additional weekday hours as the business grows. Employment type: Part-time to start, with the potential for additional hours over time. Full-time employment is not guaranteed. Company vehicle: Provided for work-related duties. On Sundays, the role also includes transporting two ATMs to a recurring event, physically unloading and positioning the machines, and retrieving them after the event. Responsibilities Load and service retail ATMs at multiple locations throughout the territory. Handle, count, and account for cash accurately, following established procedures. Verify load information and ensure cash counts and machine records are accurate. Troubleshoot ATM issues and perform routine maintenance and basic repairs. Use manual and power tools as needed. Complete required paperwork, electronic records, and other administrative tasks. Transport, unload, and position ATM equipment for scheduled events. Help maintain company vehicles, equipment, and warehouse organization. Communicate promptly about service issues, cash discrepancies, and other problems. Assist with additional operational needs as required. Qualifications Experience in cash handling, a cash-intensive environment, ATM operations, or field service. Direct retail ATM loading experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Hyosung and Genmega retail ATMs is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated record of reliability and accountability. Extremely high integrity and the ability to handle company cash responsibly. Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and identify and report discrepancies. Ability to work independently, manage assigned stops, and communicate when issues arise. Proficiency with manual and power hand tools. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
