Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff or supervisors

Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and residents

Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping duties as needed

Take and record vital signs accurately

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Follow individualized care plans and facility protocols

Ensure patient dignity, privacy, and respect at all times

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications: Current CNA or CHHA certification required

Previous healthcare or caregiving experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Shift: Part-time 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3-00 PM -11:00 PM, 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM Weekends mandatory
