HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

Your tasks

Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. Ensures that rooms are properly prepared, guest amenities are replenished, and all housekeeping standards and procedures are followed.

Duties and Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms according to the resort's standards and procedures.

Make beds and replace bed linens, pillowcases, and towels as needed.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and other fixtures.

Sweep, mop, and dust floors, furniture, glass doors, and other room surfaces.

Replenish guest amenities and supplies, including toiletries, tissue paper, drinking water, coffee, and other complimentary items.

Remove garbage and ensure proper waste disposal.

Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, proper arrangement, and completeness of supplies.

Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, missing items, and safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Follow proper procedures when handling guest belongings, lost-and-found items, and rooms with Do Not Disturb signs.

Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and correctly.

Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Front Office regarding room status and special guest requests.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in housekeeping storage areas and assigned workspaces.

Follow the resort's hygiene, sanitation, safety, and service standards.

Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
