Senior Business Developer - Your Role

This is a hybrid role combining hunting/sales development and farming/account management. Your daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Approaching new customers is an essential part of your job: presentation of your service, review your prospects' product lines, identify promising solutions, offering custom solutions for specific prospects, deal closing
• Maintaining quality relationships with existing customers: act as a first point of contact, provide them with tailor-made analyses and solutions, contract renewal & upselling
• Keeping a close eye on current trends in the FMCG market
• Working hand in hand with your binome and a sales assistant to maintain reliable, updated customer data
• Creating and nurturing a network, attending regular events

Senior Business Developer - About You

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a business/sales developer, preferably in retail or FMCG
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is an asset
• You are a salesperson at heart, either born or made! You are not afraid to pick up the phone, meet prospects, with a focus on results!
• While being social and client-oriented, you demonstrate rigor, exactitude and attention to detail
