Business Development Executive

Job Description SNL Maintenance Pte Ltd is an established cleaning and maintenance services provider in Singapore. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base, develop new business opportunities and secure cleaning and maintenance contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, managing sales enquiries and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial, retail, industrial and residential cleaning services.

Develop relationships with property management companies, MCSTs, building owners, main contractors and corporate clients.

Generate new sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking and client referrals.

Arrange client meetings, conduct site visits and assess cleaning service requirements.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and tender submissions.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms in consultation with management.

Monitor potential tender opportunities and upcoming contract renewals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Coordinate with the operations team to facilitate smooth handover of newly awarded contracts.

Maintain sales pipeline records and provide regular progress updates to management.

Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

Job Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred; candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

Previous experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.

Experience in the cleaning, facilities management or property services industry is an advantage.

Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Able to prepare professional quotations and business proposals.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Self-motivated, resourceful and capable of working independently.

Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.

Familiarity with commercial tender processes is an added advantage.

Remuneration Monthly Salary: S$3,800 – S$4,200 , commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
