Backend Engineer

Experience 4-7 years of professional backend engineering experience Experience working in SaaS / internal platform environments

• Core Backend Node.js / TypeScript – fluent (required)
• Python – working proficiency (not primary language)

Data & Infrastructure

• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven systems
• Containerization using Docker
• Exposure to Kubernetes in production environments

Tooling & Cloud

• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Familiarity with GitHub-based workflows (PRs, reviews, CI/CD) & Claude AI tooling. Comfortable working in JIRA-driven delivery environments

Domain Fit (Strong Plus)

• Interest in crypto and digital assets
• Experience at a finance, fintech, or capital-markets startup is a strong plus.
