Requirements

We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in selection processes and solid knowledge of Human Resources. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language. Required Skills and Qualities: Experience in recruitment and selection processes Solid understanding of Human Resources practices Strong organizational and time-management skills Proactive, detailoriented, and results-driven mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced or fluent English proficiency Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple job openings simultaneously Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience Recruit candidates through job boards such as Computrabajo, OCC, and similar platforms Utilize social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) for talent sourcing Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to develop effective hiring strategies Screen and shortlist candidates according to role requirements Forward qualified candidate profiles to the corresponding departments Assist with salary and benefits negotiations when required.
