Senior Scrum master

We’re currently looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support two mature Agile squads in a complex IT environment in .

The focus of the role is strongly on delivery, coordination and continuous improvement across both squads.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery
• Strong IT delivery background
• Experience supporting multiple Agile squads
• Strong stakeholder management & facilitation skills
• Risk, dependency and impediment management
• Jira & Confluence
• Experience with Cloud environments
• Kafka / event-driven architecture knowledge is a strong plus
• DevOps / CI/CD knowledge is a plus
• English mandatory; French is a plus
• Based in Belgium !
