Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage, coach, and inspire multiple sales teams. Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities. Build strong relationships with clients and business partners. Recruit, train, and develop future leaders. Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
