About the Learning Experience Coordinator...

The Learning Experience Coordinator plays an important role in bringing learning programs to life at SiteMinder by supporting both day-to-day learning operations and digital content delivery.

This role supports the design, build, and rollout of learning experiences across global teams. The focus is on execution, consistency, and learner experience, ensuring learning content is published accurately, kept up to date, and easy to access.

The Coordinator supports instructional design activities by helping turn business and product knowledge into clear, learner-friendly materials that align with SiteMinder’s brand and learning standards.

What you will do...

  • Build and update digital learning modules, interactive elements, and knowledge checks using tools such as Sana Labs, Articulate Storyline, and Storylane.
  • Support the adaptation of SME input and existing materials into structured learning content, using provided templates and design guidance.
  • Assist with facilitator guides, session outlines, and supporting resources for trainer-led sessions.
  • Support content updates and improvements based on feedback and data.
  • Manage LMS activities including assignments, enrolments, content uploads, and updates.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and structure of onboarding programs across regions (EMEA, APAC, AMERS), ensuring sessions, modules, and timelines align with cohort start dates.
  • Monitor onboarding capacity, session coverage, and regional logistics to ensure consistent learner experience globally.
  • Support continuous optimisation of the onboarding journey, identifying gaps in flow, duplication, or learner overload.
  • Collect learner feedback and share insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Track completion rates, learner engagement, and basic learning metrics.

What you have...

  • Experience with learning platforms and digital tools
  • Confident working with LMS platforms and using digital tools to build, publish, and update learning content. Experience with authoring or content tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise, Storylane, Google Workspace, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Able to write learner-facing content, instructions, and communications that are easy to understand.
  • Able to juggle competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in learning, training, or education

  • Comfortable following defined processes, maintaining quality standards, and flagging issues early to keep delivery running smoothly.
  • Able to review simple learning data (e.g. completions or engagement) and use it to spot issues or opportunities for improvement.
