Project Manager – Central Bank Renovation Project Location: Alexandria, Egypt Project Value: Approx. EGP 400 Million Project Type: Renovation / Fit-Out / MEP Experience: 15+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of a major Central Bank renovation project in Alexandria. The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for delivering the project on time, within budget, according to required quality and safety standards, while managing the project team, subcontractors, consultant and client. Key Responsibilities Lead the project from mobilization through testing, commissioning and final handover.

Manage and coordinate the site team, subcontractors, suppliers and project resources.

Monitor the project programme, budget, cash flow, cost and progress.

Coordinate architectural, civil, MEP and specialist systems.

Manage renovation works and interfaces between existing and new systems.

Coordinate with the Client and Consultant and lead project meetings.

Ensure timely approvals of shop drawings, materials, RFIs and inspections.

Coordinate procurement and monitor critical and long-lead materials.

Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and quality.

Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE, contractual and security requirements.

Identify project risks, delays and cost overruns and implement corrective actions.

Manage variations, claims and additional works in coordination with the Commercial team.

Provide senior management with regular progress, cost, procurement and risk reports.

Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, documentation and final project handover.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.

Minimum 15 years of construction experience.

Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager or equivalent senior role.

Proven experience managing projects valued at approximately EGP 300–500 million+, or projects of comparable complexity.

Strong experience in renovation, fit-out and MEP-intensive projects.

Previous experience with banks, high-security facilities, administrative buildings or high-end commercial projects is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of planning, cost control, contracts, procurement, QA/QC and HSE.

Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of Primavera P6/MS Project, Excel and AutoCAD.

Very good command of Arabic and English.

PMP certification is preferred.
