Regional Supply Planning Manager (Manufacuturing)

Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional supply plans to ensure product availability while balancing inventory, capacity, and customer service objectives. Oversee production scheduling and material planning to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations and optimal resource utilisation. Lead the supply planning process by collaborating with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Commercial teams to align demand with supply capabilities. Monitor inventory levels, production capacity, and material availability to improve working capital, minimise shortages, and reduce excess or obsolete stock. anage, mentor, and develop a team of planners, driving performance, capability development, and a culture of continuous improvement. Track key planning KPIs, identify supply constraints and risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular updates to senior management on supply performance and operational readiness.
