Dairy Production Engineer ( Agricultural engineer)

Prepare daily production plans according to required quantities, stock levels, raw materials, packaging materials, machine capacity, and delivery priorities.

Supervise daily yogurt and dairy production operations.

Follow up on preparation, pasteurization, fermentation, filling, sealing, packaging, and storage processes.

Supervise production workers and make sure tasks are completed correctly and on time.

Ensure that production is carried out according to the approved plan and required quantities.

Monitor product quality during production and report any deviations or issues.

Follow up on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished product movement during production.

Monitor hygiene, cleaning, sanitization, and CIP procedures inside the production area.

Record production quantities, wastage, downtime, and production notes.

Coordinate with quality, warehouse, and maintenance teams.

Help improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain consistent product quality.

Ensure that the production team follows standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.

3–4 years of experience in dairy, yogurt, food manufacturing, or FMCG production.

Strong experience in production planning and daily production follow-up.

Good knowledge of yogurt/dairy production processes.

Good understanding of pasteurization, fermentation, filling, packaging, and storage.

Good knowledge of hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.

Able to supervise workers and manage daily production tasks.

Able to work under pressure and solve production problems quickly.

Good follow-up, organization, and reporting skills.

Good Microsoft Excel skills.

Basic English reading skills, especially for machine screens, labels, and technical instructions.
