What you'll bring

Bring your ability to manage complex customer-facing delivery engagements end-to-end, including programs involving both SAP and third-party delivery partners. You are accountable not only for successful delivery but also for customer outcomes such as adoption, satisfaction, and renewal confidence. Your experience managing escalations, driving partner accountability, and influencing stakeholders across delivery teams enables consistent, high-quality results. You are also comfortable mentoring junior colleagues and providing senior delivery leadership.

What you'll build

As part of the GDH Engagement Delivery team, you will lead complex customer engagements across multiple workstreams and delivery phases, including projects delivered with third-party partners. You will own the customer delivery experience from kick-off through post-go-live, ensuring customers realize the expected business value while proactively managing satisfaction, adoption, and delivery risks.

You will contribute to the team's strategic priorities by enabling measurable customer value, promoting AI-first and Suite-first delivery, and fostering consistency across the regional Engagement Delivery organization.

Using SAP Activate methodology, you will manage project planning, scope, governance, risks, quality, milestones, go-live readiness, and hypercare. You will oversee partner-delivered activities to ensure alignment with agreed scope, quality standards, and delivery commitments.

In addition, you will monitor value realization and adoption progress, partnering with Strategic Engagement Managers (SEMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to address risks and support successful customer outcomes. You will also ensure the activation and adoption of key SAP tools, including Cloud ALM, LeanIX, Signavio, and Joule, and maintain continuity from engagement handover through delivery and post-go-live success.

You will be part of the GDH Engagement Delivery team, a cross-regional community of Project Managers and Strategic Engagement Managers dedicated to turning customer commitments into realized value. Working at the intersection of SAP delivery, partner execution, and customer success, you will be accountable for delivering measurable outcomes through strong delivery discipline, commercial awareness, and ownership that extends beyond go-live.
