Wholesales Supervisor

will be supervising his Sales Representatives team in different region in Egypt (Greater Cairo , East Delta , West Delta , ...) Monitoring the implementation of daily, weekly, and monthly visit plans by sales representatives. Reviewing and analyzing sales representative reports and monitoring their performance indicators. Training and developing new sales representatives and enhancing the skills of the current team under supervision. Actively contribute to achieving the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the retail sector. Work to increase the company's market share and acquire new customers under the supervision of the Area Manager. Monitor the implementation of promotional offers and discounts granted by the company to retailers and ensure their correct application. Follow up on the collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Bachelor degree.

With 5-7 years of previous Sales Supervision experience in Electrical home appliance in his region.

Strong practical field experience in dealing with wholesalers Traders.
