Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and business engagements.

Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Chairman.

Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, correspondence, and official documents.

Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on decisions and assigned actions.

Coordinate with department heads, senior management, clients, and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and confidential records and documents.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Organize business trips, travel arrangements, accommodation, and related logistics.

Follow up on important tasks and projects assigned by the Chairman.

Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the Chairman’s office and all departments.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Chairman.

Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.

7–10 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, office management, or supporting a Chairman/CEO.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Strong command of English , both written and spoken.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
