Job Description:

• Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service and high table turnover.
• Act as the face of the restaurant, maintaining hospitality and resolving guest feedback.
• Lead, train, and schedule a diverse team to ensure consistent service excellence.
• § Drive sales, monitor P&L, and manage costs to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications:

• Turkish, 35 years old and below
• At least 2 years of UAE experience in a supervisory role within the f&b industry
• Ability to lead a diverse team and manage inspections
• Immediate joiner is preferred
