Key responsibilities

Lead and support customer journey mapping exercises for a financial services client.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.

Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable insights.

Work closely with CRM and Martech teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities.

Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation efforts throughout the engagement.

Requirements

Experience

5-7 years of solid, relevant experience as a business analyst.

Industry knowledge

Strong familiarity with the financial services industry.

Technical exposure

Hands-on experience working with CRM and Martech platforms.

Soft skills

Proactive, collaborative, and approachable.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Location & availability

Available to work onsite in the UAE for the full 4-month duration.

Available to start by the last week of February.
