Collection Specialist

We’re Hiring – Telephone Collection Officers

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Monitor customer accounts and identify overdue and outstanding payments.

Contact customers through phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up on unpaid invoices.

Send payment reminders, statements, and collection notices as required.

Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on agreed payment commitments.

1–3 years of experience in Telephone Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service .

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
