-Having (3+ years) in retail sales management, ideally within the consumer products industry -Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences -Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams -Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to use data to inform strategic decisions -Innovative mindset and the ability to implement creative sales and marketing initiatives -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels -Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, retail management)
