Job title: Supervisor Restaurant Chef / Central Kitchen Chef

Location: Various Location (Pandan Loop, Beauty World, Foch Road)

Working hours: 10.30am to 10.30pm (Shift Work)

Salary: $3000 - $5000

Preference: Full-time job

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hiring, training, and managing staff, such as bartenders and waiters
• Managing inventory
• Opening and closing the restaurant
• Ordering supplies
• Promoting club/hiring or encouraging others to promote club
• Ensuring operations run according to safety and sanitation standards and laws
• Implement strategies for improved work performance

Managers may also be in charge of developing revenue opportunities for the restaurant, such as recruiting talent or running promotions. Nightclub managers often work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The environment is usually loud and fast-paced.
