About the company

Ready for your next move in digital print? We're looking for an experienced Digital Press Operator to join a busy production team in Sheffield, operating industry-leading digital presses and helping deliver high-quality print every time.

Your tasks

• Operate HP Indigo Series 4 and Ricoh Pro 9210 / 9500 digital presses.
• Keep production running smoothly, efficiently and to spec.
• Maintain exceptional print quality while minimising waste and reprints.
• Monitor press performance, uptime and maintenance.
• Work closely with reprographics, finishing and production colleagues.
• Help improve processes and drive efficiency across the department.

Know your way around an HP Indigo or Ricoh press?

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating digital presses.
• Ideally, strong knowledge of HP Indigo and Ricoh equipment.
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• A proactive approach to troubleshooting and keeping production moving.
• A team-focused attitude and the ability to work independently.

SHIFT PATTERN Double-day shifts

• Early: 6am–1:30pm
• Late: 1:30pm–9pm
• Occasional nights: 9pm–6am, particularly during seasonal peaks.
