Sales Manager

Job Description:

1. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability, especially Small-Medium Enterprise (SME)
2. Direct and coordinate all sales activities
3. Establish Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationship
4. Identify, develop, and execute new strategies for business growth
5. Provide input to the Production or any related team based on customer and industry feedback
6. Understand End-to-End of SME’S business Tunnel

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related major
2. Min. 3 year experience as Sales Manager
3. Working Experience at Agency/Media is a plus
4. Aware with Social Media, Influencer/KOL, Production House and Digital Ads
5. Client Oriented & Strong Personality Skill
6. Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
7. Excellent leadership and management skills
8. A hard worker and target oriented
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Willing to work at Jakarta and Solo, Central Java
