BIM & DIGITAL CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS

Bimage Consulting Indonesia is looking for an experienced Senior Sales professional to grow our BIM, Digital Construction, and Engineering Technology business.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop new business opportunities in Construction, Infrastructure, Property, Government, and BUMN sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and strategic accounts
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, presentation, proposal, negotiation, to closing
• Identify customer needs, challenges, and business opportunities
• Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to develop the right solution for customers
• Identify opportunities for software, consulting, implementation, training, and certification services
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Achieve individual and company sales targets
• Maintain strong customer engagement and identify opportunities for account expansion

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in B2B / Solution Sales
• Experience in Construction, Engineering, BIM, CAD, IT Solutions, SaaS, or Enterprise Software is preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills
• Comfortable engaging with Manager, GM, Director, and C-Level stakeholders
• Target-oriented with a strong business development mindset
• Able to understand customer challenges and translate them into appropriate business solutions
• Able to understand both business and technical processes in the construction industry, and articulate the value of the solution to mid- and senior-level executives in customer organizations
• Strong ability to communicate solution value from both business and technical perspectives
• Experience handling Government, BUMN, EPC, Contractor, Consultant, Engineering, or Property accounts is a plus
• Experience in consultative selling and solution-based selling is highly preferred
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with technical, consulting, and management teams
