Bussiness Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Present and explain the company’s services, partnership system, and business opportunities to property owners.
• Conduct meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective partners.
• Manage partnership agreements and contract administration.
• Explain partnership terms and conditions professionally and clearly.
• Build and maintain good relationships with property owners and partners.
• Conduct property surveys and evaluate potential properties.
• Coordinate with operational teams regarding property onboarding processes.
• Prepare regular reports on acquisition and partnership progress.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident in conducting presentations and meetings with clients/property owners.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Property, or Hospitality industry is preferred.
• Familiar with Bali areas and property market is a plus.
