Our client, a 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲-𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲, is looking for an 𝐇𝐑 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead 𝐇𝐑 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 & 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐇𝐑 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐒𝐒𝐄 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 for 250+ employees.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ▫️ 10+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations / Generalist functions, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related fields. ▫️ Proven experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, construction, mining, logistics, or other labor-intensive industries, managing large blue-collar / shop-floor workforces. ▫️ Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations and Indonesian manpower regulations, including employee disputes, disciplinary actions, grievances, absenteeism, termination, and labor unions. ▫️ Hands-on experience across HR administration, payroll coordination, recruitment, attendance, employee relations, and manpower management. ▫️ Firm, mature, and hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to drive HR professionalization and manage relationships with owners, management, and employees.

𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 ▫️ Experience in a family-owned business environment, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with owners and experience combining family business and corporate environments. ▫️ Proven experience managing a blue-collar workforce, particularly in a labor-intensive organization.
