Your tasks

Family First is BCP's edge-of-care offer: intensive, whole-family work to keep children safely at home when things are at breaking point. Smaller caseloads, higher intensity, real change work.

What the work is Early help and child in need work aimed at keeping families together before anything escalates. Practical, relationship led, and less court facing than safeguarding.
