BEAUTY THERAPIST / AESTHETICIAN (NAKURU)

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional facial treatments, skin analysis, and skincare consultations.

Carry out advanced aesthetic treatments in accordance with clinic protocols.

Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment plans based on clients' needs.

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, infection control, and client safety.

Educate clients on aftercare and home skincare routines.

Maintain accurate treatment records and client files.

Build and maintain excellent client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Keep up to date with emerging beauty trends, products, and treatment techniques.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics , or a related field.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a beauty clinic, spa, dermatology, or medical aesthetics environment.

Experience with advanced facial treatments and aesthetic procedures is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Professional appearance with a positive and friendly attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
