We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Credit Products team. The team is responsible for launching a new line of credit products, designing the entire customer journey — from account opening and credit limit assignment to repayments, statements, CRM processes, and ongoing customer servicing. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business analysis, product development, finance, risk, legal, operations, and technology. You will translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and help align stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to participate in every stage of product development — from market research and business process design to implementation, launch, and continuous product evolution — while working on one of the company's most strategic banking products.

Challenges that await you:

Designing business logic for credit products, including account opening, credit limit assignment, authorizations, repayments, interest calculation, statements, and product lifecycle management

Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements (BRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)

Preparing process diagrams, product documentation, and maintaining the product knowledge base

Defining business requirements for CRM, DWH, analytics, and operational processes

Coordinating cross-functional workstreams and aligning Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams

Collaborating with external partners, including payment processors, KYC, antifraud, insurance, and communication providers

Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify best practices and product opportunities

Working with product metrics and business performance indicators, including conversion funnel, approval rate, utilization, CAC, and unit economics

Supporting delivery throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery and implementation to release and post-launch improvements

Tracking project progress, managing dependencies, and communicating delivery status across multiple initiatives

What makes you a great fit:

2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Analyst

Experience working with fintech, banking, credit products, card products, or payments

Strong ability to understand and structure complex business logic

Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements

Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams and coordinating stakeholders

Basic understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and Postman

Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of relational databases

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, product metrics, and business performance indicators

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

Your bonus skills:

Spanish language skills

Experience with credit products, including credit cards, BNPL, revolving credit, or other consumer lending solutions

Understanding of card processing and payment infrastructure
