We’re looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People team at Pigment! You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 2 dedicated to Talent Acquisition and a manager, focusing on our R&D department (Engineering, Product) and IT & Security. In this role, you will combine a strong hands-on recruitment scope with a coordination / lead role across Tech hiring. You’ll act as a key relay between stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Leadership, TA) to bring structure, alignment, and efficiency to our hiring efforts. This is not a people management role, but a high-impact IC positionwith ownership on both execution and coordination.

What you'll do Own end-to-end hiring Headhunt top talent for our Engineering, Product, IT, and Security teams by understanding needs, sourcing proactively, and engaging high-quality candidates

Own the full recruitment cycle: from screening to closing and onboarding for the roles you manage

Deliver an excellent candidate experience, ensuring every interaction is meaningful and aligned with our values

Drive closing strategies and support offer negotiations Monitor talent acquisition metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-hire) Share insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes Act as a coordination lead for Tech hiring Act as a key point of contact and relay between TA, Hiring Managers, and leadership on hiring topics

Ensure alignment on hiring needs, priorities, and expectations across teams

Bring visibility on pipelines, risks, and progress, and help unblock situations when needed

Coordinate complex or high-priority roles, ensuring smooth and efficient processes

Partner closely with stakeholders Coach hiring managers and interviewers on best practices, interview quality, and decision-making

Challenge and support stakeholders to maintain a high hiring bar and consistency across teams

Facilitate clear and efficient communication throughout the hiring process

Drive operational excellence & improvements Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring processes, workflows, and tools

Lead or contribute to key TA projects, such as:

Candidate experience improvements (communication, feedback loops, transparency)

Interview calibration and training

Employer branding initiatives in the tech ecosystem

Ensure consistency and scalability of our hiring practices

Who you are You have solid experience in Tech Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing environment, with strong exposure to Engineering hiring (from Junior to Staff level)

You are hands-on and execution-driven, comfortable owning roles end-to-end

You have experience working closely with senior stakeholders and know how to influence and align

You bring strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to create clarity in complex environments

You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence

You are data-driven and problem-solving oriented, using insights to improve performance

You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

You are fluent in French & English, both spoken and written
