Technician (Copier)

Provide on-site service-related activities at customer’s premises, Perform corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printer (MFP). Perform on-site service repair/troubleshooting for both Hardware and Software on MFP. Update of all completed Service Jobs into CRM and clearing of Parts used in SAP system. REQUIREMENTS GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ Level, Diploma Holder or equivalent. 2 to 5 years of product management experience in copier including troubleshooting of equipment.
