What the job involves

Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to evaluate potential investments

Develop comprehensive investment documentation and financial models for decision-making processes

Assist in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities through market research and networking

Monitor portfolio company performance and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and risks

Who we are looking for

Previous experience in M&A at a prestigious investment bank or a prominent asset management firm

Proficient in analytical skills and financial modelling, coupled with effective presentation and communication capabilities

Holds a bachelor's and/or master's degree from a reputable university

Willingness to relocate and commit to a full-time role in Abu Dhabi
