QA Manager

• You are responsible for the QA team of 5 people

QA officer QA costumer service Validation engineer QA administration responsible

• You’re guiding and supporting your team in their responsibilities and tasks, supported where appropriate by the Operational Coordinator
• You are fully responsible for the quality system, keeping it up to date, develop and customise requirements according standards
• You set and monitor goals and are the key person of the Global Action Plan and change control in the organisation
• Yearly you prepare, organise and present the quality (management) review
• You are a member of the Internal Audit team
• You prepare, perform and report internal audits
• Besides that you evaluate the results of all internal audits with the QA Officer and conclude in co-operation
• In external audits you take the lead, you prepare them in association with the QA Customer Service, guide auditors, set up the answers to the reports and are responsible for the follow-up
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in a quality environment
• A well-developed “sense for quality” en knowledge of pharmaceutical industries
• Precision is your trademark
• Affinity with pharmaceutical business
• An excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, French and German is a plus
• A flexible attitude and good resistance to stress
• A great sense of responsibility and structuring / organizing skills
• A proactive attitude with a "hands-on mentality”
• A good sense of project work to tight deadlines
• Be able to work in a team and independent
• Managerial experience is a plus
