Location: Glendale Pathways Office (Employment will be near Surprise, AZ)

What You’ll Do:

Empower Independence:

Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities.

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal hygiene tasks.

Build Meaningful Connections:

Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.

Promote Safety & Wellbeing:

Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.

Collaborate for Impact:

Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Advocate with Heart:

Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care.

Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.

Available Schedules:

Opportunity A: Weekday Evening Shift

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Hours: Late afternoon to evening (typically 3:00/4:00 pm - 8:00/9:00 pm)

Opportunity B: Flexible Part-Time Shift

Schedule: Thursdays & Saturdays or Sundays

Hours: Flexible hours, with the potential for increased/longer hours as the role and working relationship evolve
