Position: Assistant Production Engineer (Job ID: 20347) Science Park

Basic + AWS + VB

Job Description: Manufacture silver paste by operating specialized machine

Maintain and monitor the technical device to ensure it is functioning properly

Understand the operation of the machine

Conduct periodic quality checks

Ensure adequate materials and supplies are available to complete the required operation

Analyze machine operations and output if applicable

Adjust machine as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production

Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

Provide manufacturing engineering information when requested

Maintain products and company’s reputation by complying with government regulations

Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance according to manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Support to R&D teams through different types of analysis and assess

Inspect silver adhesive material, collect and compile statistical quality data

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

Develop, recommend and perform corrective and preventive actions

Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities

Responsible for document management systems.

Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Follow ISO9001 quality system and support ISO45001 certification.

Improve and support Singapore & Japan production line move to new product introduction by coordinating quality, materials, tools, production line layouts.

Performs other duties as required.

Provide manufacturing support for Silver paste products to Global (USA, Euro, Asia) customers.\

Job Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in Chemical Engineering

Self-motivated, energetic, and able to drive the pace.

Ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels.

Team player and able to work on own initiative.

Communication skills - verbal and written

Data collection and analysis

Problem analysis and problem-solving
