JOB DESCRIPTION :

We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are looking for a precise and reliable Payroll Specialist to ensure every member of our team is paid accurately and on time. Your work is the foundation of employee trust — and we take that responsibility seriously.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for all LBAPS staff with 100% accuracy

Maintain payroll records, process tax withholdings, and generate payroll reports

Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours

Process garnishments, deductions, and special payroll adjustments

Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations

SKILLS :

Direct experience processing payroll for 50+ employees

Proficiency with payroll platforms (ADP, Gusto, Paychex, or equivalent)

Experience handling tax withholdings, garnishments, and payroll reconciliation

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Excellent communication skills for resolving employee inquiries
