Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate billing operations, timely claims processing, and effective communication with insurance providers to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance billing procedures, claims management, and follow-up processes, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Submit and manage insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner

Handle payment posting, claim tracking, and account reconciliation

Follow up on denied, rejected, or unpaid claims to ensure resolution

Communicate with insurance companies regarding billing issues and claim status updates

Review and verify billing information for accuracy and compliance

Maintain organized billing records and documentation

Collaborate with intake, authorization, and clinical teams to support smooth billing workflows

Qualifications:

Experience in medical billing required

Strong knowledge of insurance processes, claims systems, and reimbursement procedures

Experience working with healthcare billing platforms and insurance portals

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
