This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

Current Opportunity

We're currently seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to provide services to a 4 year-old client in Shelton.

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week

Setting: Home and/or school-based

Preferred Candidate: Open to all qualified CBTs

Please note: Family preferences listed above are based solely on client requests and are considered only where legally appropriate.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA

Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs

Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings

Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session

Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians

Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for every client

Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

What You'll Need

Required

An active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification is required. We do not currently offer training to obtain the certification.

Applicants without an active CBT certification will not be considered.

Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data

Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools

Strong communication and organizational skills

Compassion, patience, and a passion for helping children succeed

Preferred

Two or more years of experience working with children

Previous ABA therapy experience
