Commercial Manager- Pre Contract

Omnium International Ltd. is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our growing Cost Planning team in Jeddah. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional to oversee pre-contract cost planning and commercial deliverables across our portfolio of projects and giga-projects throughout Saudi Arabia.

You will play a key role in providing strategic commercial advice, leading cost planning activities, and supporting clients from project inception through procurement.

• Minimum 10 years' total experience in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management.
• Strong pre-contract experience, including cost planning, estimating, feasibility studies, procurement, tender documentation, and value engineering.
• Consultancy experience is essential.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia, with a minimum of 3 years' KSA project experience.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading pre-contract deliverables and managing client relationships.
• MRICS or an equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
