Dr. Bordeau, our Managing DVM, is an Aggie alum and has been with the hospital for over 20 years. She is passionate about providing mentorship and professional development for the entire DVM team, whether through in-house training, collaboration with other NVA hospitals, or continuing education. Our well-established technician and front desk teams are ready to welcome a new doctor, with a great 2:1 tech-to-doc ratio! We offer no after-hours emergencies, a strong referral network, a dedicated support team, and a culture that prioritizes your growth and success. North Channel Animal Hospital (NCAH) is a fast-paced, small animal GP practice. We have an amazing 5,000 sf facility with 6 exam rooms. This progressive practice contains state of the art equipment with:

Digital and dental x-ray

Fully equipped and spacious surgical suite

Schedule Designed for Real Work-Life Balance - We offer a TRUE alternating 3/4-day work week (full-time benefited):

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday (half day)

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (half day)

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus production bonuses - NO negative accrual

$110,000-$130,000 starting base salary DOE

20%+ starting production payout
