HR Business Partner

Our self-performing team of almost 500 skilled professionals and experts in trades and engineering, comprehensively handles projects, from conceptualization to delivery. We also have extensive experience in fields such as civil, structural, process mechanical, building mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work. Position Duties: Deliver full-cycle HR support including:

Full-cycle recruitment (salaried focus)

Onboarding & workforce planning

Employee relations & workplace investigations

Policy & collective agreement interpretation

Compensation, benefits & HR advisory support

Learning & development initiative

Act as a trusted partner, providing practical solutions in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Qualifications: 5+ years progressive HR experience

Post-secondary education in HR or related field

CHRP (or working toward) is an asset

Experience working with a unionized workforce

Experience in construction or multi-site environments preferred

Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR best practices

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities with a solutions-focused approach
